ABOUT ANDREAS SCHLITTENHARDT

Andreas Schlittenhardt grew up in the capital of Europe, Brussels, and graduated from high school in 1992. He studied Economics and Political Science in Stuttgart and Tübingen and began his career in 1998 as a copywriter at Wensauer & Partner, one of Germany’s leading advertising agencies at the time. After being appointed Creative Director in 1999 and winning several national and international creative awards, he accepted an offer from the New Economy sector and became Chief Communication Officer of KnowOne AG, one of the leading web community providers of that era.

 

In 2002, he acquired the online agency Soyus3 as Managing Partner, completely restructured the company, and secured high-profile clients such as Müller, Germany’s largest dairy products manufacturer. This contributed to agency revenues exceeding €40 million. In 2005, Andreas Schlittenhardt founded Rocket X (www.rocket-x.de), a full-service advertising agency based in Stuttgart, which he developed into one of Germany’s leading digital agencies for consumer goods brands.

 

In January 2010, Andreas Schlittenhardt additionally acquired a majority stake in Doettling Luxury Safes (www.doettling.com). In 2017, he was commissioned by the German Bundesliga club VfB Stuttgart to restructure the organization’s various marketing communications divisions. He consolidated them into a new unit that today provides all departments and product owners with the full range of services of a full-service marketing agency. He also became responsible for all creative work and output of VfB Stuttgart.

 

At the beginning of 2019, Andreas Schlittenhardt stepped down from Rocket X, Doettling, and his role at VfB Stuttgart to focus entirely on schlicon (www.schlicon.com), his independent PR consulting network that supports international executives and companies.

 

In 2021, he was certified as an Executive Life Coach by Jay Shetty and opened his practice in Stuttgart. There, he supports executives and private individuals dealing with mental health challenges, relationship issues, stress, and the consequences of experienced trauma. Two years later, he earned a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Leadership and Psychology in the United Kingdom. Most recently, in 2025, he completed his studies at London Metropolitan University with a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology.

 

Andreas Schlittenhardt is fluent in German, French, and English and is the father of five children.
